We take great pride in the quality and performance of BE CHIC™ haircare. Due to the nature of haircare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all online purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on BE CHIC™ products once they have been sold. We stand fully behind our formulas and their effectiveness. If you have any questions before purchasing or concerns after receiving your order, our team is always happy to help and guide you. Thank you for choosing BE CHIC™ and trusting us with your hair.

When does my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Availability varies. Your shipping options will appear at checkout.

Salon Policies?
To maintain the highest level of service for every Becker Babe, we kindly ask that all clients review and respect the following policies.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Needs approval -
We require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice—or no-shows—will be charged the full service price, out of respect for our technicians’ time and our other clients.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may need to be canceled, and the full service fee may apply.
This policy helps us stay on schedule and ensures every client receives the experience they deserve.
Guest Policy
Due to limited space and our commitment to providing a focused, elevated experience, additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
No exceptions.
Salon Returns & Exchanges
With the exception of replacing damaged retail products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit on:
- Salon services
- Retail products
- Gift cards
- Packages or service series
All sales are final.
Salon Service Adjustments
If a client is dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a complimentary service adjustment, provided it is scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
Our goal is for every Becker Babe to leave feeling confident, chic, and taken care of.
BECKER CHICAIZA does not issue refunds on services.
