Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give 48 hour notice for cancellations. No-shows and appointments canceled less than 48 hours before scheduled services will be charged the full service price in consideration to our other clients and our technicians.
A credit card is required to secure appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled, and you may be charged for the full service. This policy is in place to ensure that everyone's experience is not compromised.
Guest Policy
Please be advised: Due to limited space and a desire to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, we do not allow additional guests beyond those redeeming services. No exceptions.
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
With the exception of replacing damaged products we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit on salon services, gift cards, package series or retail products. All sales are final.
Salon Services Refund Policy
Salon Refunds
BECKER CHICAIZA does not offer refunds on its services. If a client is dissatisfied with his/her service, we offer a correction at no charge if scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
